TRE Property Inspections LLC provides a full range of investigative home inspection services that are unbiased, client-oriented, and conducted with the utmost integrity. We love to help home-buyers and commercial investors from all walks of life, and you can count on us to pin down exactly what to expect from your prospective real estate transaction.
In addition to pointing out and explaining defects in person when you attend your home inspection, we’ll also take additional steps to show you where the important shutoff valves are located, and how to to address existing maintenance issues.
We inspect all components listed in InterNACHI’s excellent Standards of Practice—we’ll also run all appliances if operable, all plumbing systems, and we’ll determine the age of the HVAC unit whenever possible.
If you happen to have any questions after the home inspection has been completed, all it takes is a phone call—we’ll gladly steer you in the right direction so that you have all of the information you need before finalizing your real estate investment.
Timothy Evans
Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)®
Timothy Evans is the owner and lead inspector of TRE Property Inspections LLC. Timothy has over 40 years of commercial and residential construction experience, and he’s prepared to tap into every ounce of knowledge he has in order to help you protect your investment. Timothy has participated in virtually every aspect of the construction process, from the foundation pour to the final trim—and he has a keen eye for recognizing when any element of a building’s construction is amiss. Timothy also owned his own electrical company for 27 years, and he is incredibly skilled at diagnosing issues within a home’s critical mechanical systems.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Timothy enjoys spending time with his family, going on vacations whenever possible, and taking long rides on his motorcycle.
Matthew Evans
InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector
Timothy’s son Matthew is also a certified home inspector working for TRE Property Inspections LLC. Matthew first started inspecting homes in 2014 after attending school and training at Pillar to Post in Toronto, Canada. Matthew apprenticed under his father, assisting with over 2,000 home inspections during that time. Matthew’s attention to detail is equal to that of his father, as well as his level of dedication to each client—because at TRE Property Inspections LLC, we truly care about your success, your safety, and your ability to save on one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make.
